Workshops are held on Tuesdays & Thursdays for two weeks, offered as a Day or Night Series Weekday semester start times are 1:00pm -OR- 6:00pm, lasting three hours per class

Day 1

Marijuana Workers Permit Workshop – 1 hr

• This Workshop may also be taken separately from the Budtending Series for $35.
• We make getting your card easy. In under an hour you can pass the test, receive your State Certificate of Completion, upload your credentials and have your application completely submitted.

Customer Service – 30 min

• Getting to know your customer
• Customer Flow Chart
• The experience
• Medical vs Recreational

Point of Sales and Transactions – 1hr

• Terminals and Systems
• Making a sale
• Barcodes and Product Tracking
• Labels and receipts
• Adjusting a sale (refunds, exchanges, etc.)
• Checking stock (availability, price, units, extended information)
• Dealing with terminal problems during a sale
• Proper packaging for exit
• Required documentation
• Closing your register (including z-reports)

• Uses – a general overview of detail use for better customer results

• Seed to Sales Tracking Systems – introduction to CTS, BiotrackTHC and supporting systems. Work on a live terminal with real software and hardware.

Day 4

Interactive Session:

• Attendees will be training on the same equipment and software used in one of our retail dispensary facilities for a 2 hour shift. You will have the opportunity to work with one of our senior Bud Tenders in a simulated environment and experience what it’s like to work in the exciting field of Cannabis.
